Location and cleanliness. Staff was very helpful and attentive.

The rooms are extremely spacious and have a kitchenette, which is super handy for families. Location is very convenient too

There is no breakfast facility at the hotel, but many recommendations for cafes nearby. Since this is in the midst of Manhattan, finding a breakfast place isn't tough. Just a block away from a subway station, the hotel is very conveniently located. The front desk is very helpful and the daily housekeeping is such a boon. Toiletries and towels are replenished and changed every day. It felt like a hotel, with the convenience of an apartment. It's tough to find an apartment hotel in Manhattan and Lombardy worked perfectly for us as a family of four.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering the perfect rest after exploring the city. On top of that, the hotel's location in Midtown is unbeatable—everything is within reach, making it easy to enjoy all that NYC has to offer. If you're looking for a hotel that combines comfort, outstanding service, and a prime location, The Lombardy is definitely the place to be. Highly recommended
